I can understand some clues explained by you. But I hope some of your
logic will not serve the interest of foreign countries especially VN.
Let me tell you:
- Khmer race is recognized by Khmer constitution when they want to
resettle in Cambodia, they can have full rights because it is fully
offered by King decree. We don't need to erase this good law because
Cambodia need more Cambodian race to live and to develop our nation.
It is not contradict with international at all. It is only empathy
that Khmer people have with each other.
- Pol Pol's regime was not totally targetting to purify Khmer race. It
was just the mismanagement of politic and the daydream of Pol Pol to
produce 4 tons a year per hectar. Pol Pol didn't attempt to purify
Khmer race, in reality there were many Vientam groups survived
including other ethnic group, but most dead people were Khmers. It was
really existing some foreign spies inside Khmer Rouge that Pol Pot
himself acknowledged that he cannot control the whole situation.
- Khmer Border that all Khmers are fighting for, not to those lossing
land without recognition by international orgs. We are calling for
respect and return Khmer land according to the signature of Geneva and
Paris Peace Agreement.
Your message implies only:
- Create racism, warfare and hate only among Khmer race and her
destiny
- Manipulate the legal agreement of border treaties in Geneva and
Paris...by legalize the installing leaders or illegal treaties with VN
We are Khmers so proud and prefer to live peaceful, no racism and
mutual understanding...but oftenly VN has created chaos and racism
among Cambodians in order to make instability and absorb Cambodia's
interests.

Cambodian constitution has been prescribing "Khmer citizen" as we the
people of Cambodia. Now Khmer racism is rising, as all Khmer-self-
proclaimed Vietnamese in South-Vietnam of Ext-Cochinchine's
provinces(Khmer krom) are now coming up to the Cambodian king for
claiming their Khmer citizenship:

Later on, Cambodia will have million Khmer Sourin to deal with too.
This is the Sihanouk-Chuonat political dream legacy for recapturing
parts of Khmer land lost since the collapse of Khmer-Empire.
In 1991 at the time of making this new Cambodian constitution, some
well respected Cambodian representative were still bearing this
Khmer's legacy that has been creating a strong political momentum in
putting back this nasty prescription:
WE THE PEOPLE OF CAMBODIA ARE KHMER CITIZEN instead of CAMBODIAN
CITIZEN.
Cambodian people must now understand why Khmer-Rouge has exsecuted
1.7m Cambodian because this same political legacy told them to extract
pure Khmer blood from Mixed-race Cambodian (ethnic cleansing).
I'm very please to talk about historical Khmer Empire border? Yes, we
are right about that but don't forget the recent past-history of
Iraq's invasion of KUWAIT.
No one in this civilized world has yet to accept this idea, because
why?
If international allows such war provocative to win, the whole word
will burn, because base on historical fact, every county has lands to
claim from the other.
The three countries, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam are fully recognized
by UN's within their actual borders. And the historical territories in
the past before or simply Pre-international legal frame work, has been
waived.
Please, His Majesty the king of Cambodia, the actual Cambodian
government, and actual Cambodian legislature must together review this
Cambodian constitution, and then make an amendment for putting its
back on the right track of international legal standard. We Cambodian
inhabitants want to live peacefully within our actual Cambodia's
borders.
