Cambodia's approach to creating nationalism and national unity

But as a Khmer, this fool movie clip of Thai people will only affect bad to themselves. Vietnam as well has claimed that Khmer Krom territory is part of their ancestor land. Every nation has their own agenda to wake their people up to love their nation and establish unity. But how about Cambodia? Current government has been good in silencing opposition voice; intimidate, arrest and put in jail those who have voiced their concerns about the national interests. Is this act of government to wake people up to love their nation and establish unity?

Watching this link Thai's Lost Territory captured my thought of manipulative effort of Thai historians to provoke Thai nationalism. But this information was made up without having proper references and credibility. It is part of Thai individual to provoke Thai nationalism in a wrong way. Not only Cambodians who are furious with this video clip, Malaysia, Vietnam, Lao, Burma and China are also shocked by this historical revelation.

Sopheak, in his blog referred to his article written since 2007 put in his questioning title that "Where Thai got those land from to be lost to someone else? Thai has never skipped using kboun". It is touching to learn that the video clip is overwhelmingly claiming Thailand's vast territory covered all the land part of South East Asia region which Khmer people named its "Sovannaphumi Peninsula". Thai historians might not able to claim the fact of Sovannaphumi site in the region, so they must make up this movie clip to benefit both reclaiming the fact of Sovannaphumi and invoking Thai nationalism.

Unlickily, Thai students have used the wrong book of Thai history. Thai historians have invented history to favor their King without elaborating the danger of information misleading and consequences of their academic credibility.

Your answers and inputs would be halpful to these questions?
